Daniel B. Sharp

P.E./President NES/Project Manager

Daniel Sharp has 22 years experience in consulting, design engineering and
construction oversight through a myriad of civil/structural and hydroelectric projects.
He has designed hydro rehabilitation and improvements, water, sewer, and storm
projects, observed construction for municipal utility installation, managed city utility
initiatives, and represented his municipal clients in public hearings and interviews.
Mr. Sharp has also been successful as an expert witness providing opinions and facts
to support court cases for clientele.

Mr. Sharp has performed design and engineering oversight on projects ranging in size
from small projects less than $100,000 including hydroelectric, planning, municipal
water, sewer, storm sewer, storm sewer system, structural, and sewer treatment to
large scale multi-million-dollar design and construction projects for hydro-electric
retrofits and large scale building projects for the U.S. Department of Energy and
USACE. He is experienced in project engineering, field engineering, and design
engineering on aggressive time tables and on complex projects. Daniel has been
involved with renewable resources and environmental projects throughout his career
and is able to navigate regulations and rules governing projects in the west. He is
highly skilled in communication and negotiation and can quickly resolve design and
construction issues as they arise. He has an engineering degree from Idaho State
University and has Professional Engineering licenses in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming,
Utah, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.

David Boyter

P.E./VP NES

David Boyter is a professional civil engineer in Idaho and has over 19 years in the
hydroelectric field involving site exploration studies, project feasibility, licensing,
permitting, conceptual design, project financial modeling, engineering design
oversight, engineering design, construction quality control, project management, and
operations.

Mr. Boyter has over 6 years of experience in a myriad of civil and structural projects.
These projects include residential structural, commercial structural, industrial
structural, stormwater design, culinary water systems and civil site design.
